Combining separate airtight, weatherproofing and fire-protection layers on a facade is slow, costly and creates more interfaces that can fail. Since Grenfell, facade fire performance is under intense scrutiny — reaction to fire is classified under BS EN 13501-1 (Euroclass), and external wall materials on taller residential buildings face strict limits.

How it is applied
- Prepare and prime the substrate
- Detail junctions and penetrations with the External Brush grade
- Spray or roller the open areas
- Install the rainscreen or render build-up over it
