This is the complete, checked download library for the Intelligent Membranes range. It is organised by document type rather than by product, because that is how a specifier, a site manager or an installer usually arrives: you know you need the safety data sheet, or the QA record, or the detail for a timber frame junction, and you want it without hunting through product pages.

Every link on this page has been verified as live. Where a document does not yet exist for a product it has been left out rather than guessed at — nothing here points at a placeholder. Documents are grouped by product family within each section, and brush-grade and spray-grade versions of the same product are listed separately, because they are different documents with different data.

2. QA record sheets (IM-QA-01 to IM-QA-14)

The QA record sheets are the site sign-off records for our systems — one per product or application. Each is a single-page form the applicator completes on site: substrate condition and preparation, primer used, batch numbers, coverage achieved, number of coats, ambient and substrate conditions, and a signature from the installer and the site or clerk-of-works representative.

3. Technical and product data sheets

Technical data sheets carry the tested performance figures — air permeability, vapour resistance, elongation, adhesion, fire classification, coverage. Product sheets are the shorter overview documents, useful for early-stage selection and for handing to a client. 14 TDS and 25 product sheets.

4. Safety data sheets

Safety data sheets to UK REACH / CLP format, covering hazard identification, composition, handling and storage, exposure controls and PPE, first aid, firefighting and disposal. 26 sheets. Site teams need the sheet for the exact grade being used — brush and spray grades are listed separately.

5. Detail drawings

Junction details showing where the air barrier and vapour control layer run, and how continuity is maintained through the junctions that normally leak. 13 sets, named by construction method. The three booklets collect the individual sets together for issue with a specification.

6. Certificates and test reports

Third-party certification and test evidence — BBA and Kiwa Agréments, Passivhaus Institut component certificates, European Technical Assessments, Environmental Product Declarations, reaction-to-fire classifications, radon and methane certificates and laboratory reports. 31 documents.

7. US specifications (CSI MasterFormat)

Ten three-part CSI MasterFormat specification sections covering the range for US and Canadian projects, each available as an editable Word file and as a PDF — Divisions 01, 02 and 07, including 07 27 26 fluid-applied membrane air barriers, 07 14 16 cold fluid-applied waterproofing, 07 11 19 fluid-applied dampproofing, 07 81 23 fire-retardant intumescent coating, 07 19 16 water repellents, 02 82 16 asbestos encapsulation coating and 01 56 17 temporary spray-applied protection.
