Right to Withdraw from Your Order

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

This right applies in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and, in the EU, Directive 2011/83/EU).

Submitting this form is a formal notice of withdrawal. We will acknowledge it by email, explain how to return the goods, and refund you in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you would rather write to us, an email to info@intelligentmembranes.com stating the same details has exactly the same effect.
