Two ways to deal with asbestos without stripping it out. Removal isn’t always the safest or most practical answer — disturbing asbestos releases the very fibres you’re trying to avoid. Encapsulation seals it safely in place; containment keeps fibres bound while removal work happens.

Soteria is our permanent asbestos encapsulation coating — sprayed over the asbestos to seal it in place with a durable, UV-resistant, decorative finish for indoor or outdoor use. Surface Pro is different: a peelable, temporary containment coating that binds fibres during removal works (indoor use), then peels away as one film with no residue.
