Can Be Used on Multiple Surfaces Including Glass or Aluminium

Prior To Application:

• Trial on a little visible area with a paintbrush; remove after 3 days and evaluate.
• Tape ventilation areas etc.
• Stir Intelligent Protect FR coating for homogenisation; do not add solvents or water.
• Product comes ready to use.

Application:

• Minimum requirements: Temperature: > 5°C and on a dry surface; do not apply during rain or when rain is expected within 24 hours after application
• Apply a sufficient thickness of Intelligent Protect FR coating as to guarantee easy peelability and complete protection; 0,6 – 0,7 kg/m2 or about 600 to 700 micron is sufficient for most applications.
• Check application thickness with wet film gauge. In case of increased risk to damages, apply a total of 1 kg/m2 or 1000 micron, in two layers, the second layer when the first layer is tack free
• In case of application with paint roller, use a long haired roller and always apply in two layers; second layer shortly after the first layer is tack free.
• Depending on temperature, humidity, ventilation and sprayed thickness, the film will be tack free within 0,5 to 8 hours after application
• Total drying time is between 4 and 48 hours during which the film may not come in contact with rain or any other form of water, nor with temperatures < 5°C
• In case of inside application, allow sufficient ventilation
• Remove Intelligent Protect FR protection film at the end of construction works
