Class B System for High Rise & Cladding Remediation
When building tall, safety is paramount. Combine the airtight performance of Passive Purple with the fire-retardant power of Fred to achieve a certified Class B-s1, d0 fire rating—without ever entering a tenant's apartment.

The Cladding Remediation Specialist
We are the preferred solution for major tower block cladding replacement projects across the UK. Why? Because we solve the two biggest headaches in retrofit: Fire Safety and Tenant Access.
-
Stay Outside the Flats (ZeroDisruption)
The biggest nightmare in tower block renovation is arranging access to
hundreds of occupied apartments. With the Passive Purple system, you don't
have to.- External Application: When you strip the old cladding, you expose the backing wall (often the back of the internal drylining/plasterboard, SFS, or blockwork).
- Spray from the Scaffold: You apply the Passive Purple system directly to this external face.
- The Benefit: You create a fully airtight, fire-rated envelope from the outside. No keys, no appointments, no disrupting tenants, and no delays waiting for access.
-
Fire Upgrade (Class B)
By applying our system, you aren't just waterproofing and sealing the building; you are actively upgrading its fire safety classification.
- Seal the Leaks: We spray the exposed
substrate to make the tower wind-tight and watertight instantly. - The "Fred" Factor: By top-coating with Fred, you upgrade the external face of that wall to Class B-s1, d0, meeting strict fire compliance standards for high-rise facades.
- Seal the Leaks: We spray the exposed

The High Rise Challenge
High-rise construction faces massive forces that tape simply cannot handle.
- Wind Pressure: The higher you go, the harder the wind blows. Tapes flap, peel, and fail under high wind loading.
- The Liquid Advantage: Passive Purple fully adheres to the substrate. It cannot flap, it cannot tear, and it provides a permanent wind-tight seal even at 20 storeys high.
The "Purple + Fred"System
You don't have to choose between airtightness and fire safety. We have
developed a 2-stage system that gives you the best of both worlds.
Step 1: The Airtight Layer (Passive Purple)
Apply Passive Purple to the backing structure (Concrete, SFS, or back of Plasterboard).
- Function: Creates the monolithic, wind-tight, and airtight vapour control layer. It seals the building envelope against heat loss.
Step 2: The Fire Upgrade (Fred)
Once the membrane is dry, you apply a top coat of Fred.
- Function:Fire Rating Upgrade.
- The Result: Fred is a specialized coating that works in harmony with Passive Purple to achieve the Class B-s1, d0 classification. It ensures your airtightness laye contributes to the safety of the wall build-up, rather than compromising it.
