Blockwork is one of the leakiest parts of a build — thousands of mortar joints, every one a potential air path. This collection seals the lot in one continuous coat. Passive Purple and Airtight White are spray-, roller- or brush-applied airtight paints, Passivhaus certified, BBA approved and tested to both ASTM and EN standards (ICC-ES ESR-4715). Roll straight onto blockwork before follow-on trades, seal junctions with Passivhaus Airtight Sealant, and hit your air permeability target first time. Brush packs cover smaller areas and remedial work.
