VCL Membrane (Vapour Control Layer)

A vapour control layer you paint on. Passive Purple and Airtight White form a continuous liquid VCL membrane across walls, ceilings and floors — Passivhaus certified, BBA approved and tested to both ASTM and EN standards (ICC-ES ESR-4715). Spray, roller or brush applied over blockwork, OSB and plasterboard, with Retrofit Airtightness paints for upgrade work and Passivhaus Airtight Sealant for junctions and penetrations. One wet coat gives you vapour control and airtightness in a single layer, working alongside tapes and sealants as a complete airtight system.
